Default what 12 weeks of hard work looks like
I thought it was time for me to show my past and present...i didnt realize the diffrence till posting these pics. I really didnt think that taking protien shakes and toning would work..but it did..and this is just the begining

Are you saying that your only diet plan is drinking protein shakes and exercise ? You don't reduce calories or portion sizes ?
