35 lbs. down!
 

I have lost 35 pounds so far in the past 6 months, and am very happy and grateful for this! each ounce has been a major struggle, and i recently came off a verrrry long plateau, but i held my ground, and feel very good about that too. (i still have about 70 more pounds to go, but i really feel like i can stay the course now after seeing my success these past 6 months.) well, thanks for listening to my acknowledging this victory "out loud." i appreciate it! :)

Not that's perseverance! Good for you. I bet yo learned a lot that will help you stay slim for ther long haul, too.

That is so awesome. Congratulations!!!! It just takes one day to make the determination to lose weight and it takes commitment the rest of the time. I'm down 14 lbs in one month and every day I make the commitment to stick to a low fat, low cal, small portion diet and it's working.
