Not Obese anymore!
 

Today my scale read 169.2! Hurray I am not obese anymore... just overweight.. I know I've just lost a mere 4 pounds. but the fact that I am not scientifically considered obese anymore is thrilling!

Going from "obese" to "overweight" is a huge accomplishment! We are cherish those moments. So regardless of the 4 lbs or not, still AWESOME! However..... Do not pay too much attention to those BMI calculators... There are a lot of things they do not take into consideration when calculating them... It's nice to use an inspiration tool, like you going from obese to overweight, but don't worry about what it says too much... :) They tend to lie to you... :) But I'm still going to jump for joy in about 3 lbs when I'm "normal" instead of overweight! So I know how you feel!!!!!

WOOT WOOT - I have 10 lbs to go to get to that "mark" on my calculator and even if it is some arbitrary number and label I am STILL going to be doing the jig!!! CONGRATS!!!
