2 days in a row!
Boy this seems silly, but it makes me proud so what they hay!
I've been to the gym 2 days in a row, yesterday and today. This is big for me, I'm a non exerciser (although I used to exercise regularly a little over a year ago). It's amazing how I forgot what a great feeling it was, how exercising puts you in such a great mood and gives you so much energy. Why would I have ever stopped? I've made it my goal to exercise tues-friday this week, rest on saturday and then sunday I'm walking (and a little jogging) a 5K with my mom on sunday. Next week I'm going to make it my goal to exercise at least 4 days. I CAN DO THIS! |
Oh yes you can do this! You most certainly can! You are no different than the other people who go to the gym daily.....so just make it a "must" and you'll learn to look forward to it. I find that music makes me want to go....

You're not silly--you're awesome! I love my workouts. I must have some major endorphins afterwards. I don't always want to go/start, but I know I'll feel better in the end.

I'm on the same boat!
I haven't gone in 2 weeks and feel icky. I need to go again....I miss those endorphins. |
Staying motivated is hard, so congrats on going not only 2 days, but 2 days IN A ROW:)

Thanks Tiffany! This is a fairly old post (about a month) and I'm very proud to report that I've gone 17 more times in those past 4 weeks averaging to 4 times a week, I'm so psyched!
