Progress picture - more than half way!
Before and current.
I don't have many pictures at the before stage because I usually would crop out my entire body or hide behind my giant purse or part of the landscape...like in the example below. I'm not entirely sure of the starting weight since I didn't have a scale at the time but I'm estimating ~190. This before picture is over a year old, but the weight stayed close to this until mid-November when I finally pulled myself together to do something about it. The current shot is about 50 lbs lighter. I'm finally not completely horrified at the way I look anymore though I still gravitate towardgiant purses and hiding under sweaters. You looked and look beautiful no matter how much you weigh/weighed. But I can definitely see that spark in your eyes that shows that you are much happier now. You are inspiring! Thanks for sharing with all of us.

It's always enjoyable and inspiring for me to look at other people's progress especially other shorties so I am thankful for everyone else who posts their photos. The extra 30 or so lbs are hiding in my hips, bum, and upper thighs...which are such difficult areas to whittle away. and It is a shirt from Target. I am a huge fan of the 1/2 length sleeves that they have right now. They're concealing for when you're having a "bad arm day" yet still provide ventilation :) |
