Thanks everyone!

On Sunday, I was up six pounds. I had had some pizza a few days earlier, and they had snacks at work Friday, and I'd had a few of those, but SIX POUNDS made Sunday sort of a bad day. Then I went on a long walk Sunday afternoon, and when I weighed myself Monday, I had lost those six pounds plus one more. What a crapload of water weight!
