Default 9 lbs Lost! Small Goal but a very big step for me...

Hey alll.... So i have been weighing myself for the past few days and i couldnt believe that i have lost 9lbs so far!! I have never been able to lose more than 7 and this is a huge accomplishment for me. I still have 18 to go but i am hopeing to lose another 18 in the month of april. I havent worked out but i need to start! I dont see any difference though is that normal!?

18 pounds is alot to lose in one month especially for how little you already are You should aim for something like 6-8 pounds Lose25. Congratulations on your success so far though

Congratulations! I just lost my first 10 so I know how excited you are. It seems like these little milestones give you a push to go the next 5, and then the next....Keep up the good work
