I am so proud of myself. For several months now, I have not so much focused on a number on the scale -- I quit smoking 10 months ago (look for another post on my year anniversary! lol) and I have really been focusing on clean, balanced eating and most importantly... something I have *never* done consistently... EXERCISE.
So, I have been exercising -- and I ran a whole mile today without stopping or feeling like poop. Typically, I walk/bike/yoga etc -- but for some reason, running the mile felt like such an accomplishment.
My ultimate goal is to run a 10k eventually.
Weigh in tomorrow, and I know I will be in the 2's as well (I sneaked on the scale today lol) ... so that is another thing I am proud of.
