Default 6month anniversary of my new life...
I changed my life on October 1st 2008 and here I am exactly 6 months later and 63 pounds lighter. I feel INCREDIBLE!!! I can't believe I have been living like this for 6 months and really it has been incredibly easy 95% of the time. Of course its the hard 5% that we all hate. I knew when I changed my lifestlye that I was going to get to goal and I still fully believe that. I made changes that I can keep for my life so there is no diet wagon for me to fall off. I am just plodding along and hopefully I will be at goal by my 1 year anniversary.

Congrats!

63 pounds in 6m that's amazing. I need to loose 50 and sometimes I think it will take forever. I'm happy to read about your success.
