Bye bye 50 lbs!!! Don't come back!
 

As of today I have officially lost FIFTY POUNDS!! :D

I really can't believe I've stuck it out this long. And believe me, I have noticed the changes. I haven't had an asthma attack in 6 months. My "fat" clothes are falling off. I feel happier and every step I take is so much easier.

The other day I walked past the TV that was turned off and caught a glimpse of my reflection. OMG.. curves? I have curves! I'm not a "lump" anymore. It felt really good.

There's a long way to go. I never honestly believed I could do this when I first began last May. And I have fallen off the wagon many many times, but I just get back on and try again. Everyone on this board is wonderful and supportive and you all definitely have a hand in my success so far. Thank you! :hug:

My next mini goal will be 63 lbs. lost, which is the halfway mark. Can't wait. :exercise:
