Today I'm 185 so at 5'6" my BMI is 29.9 "overweight". I have another 31 lbs to go to be "normal"







I love having these mini goals, it's something I learned from others on this site. It can be overwhelming to think "I have 100 lbs to lose" but when you break it down into mini goals it makes it attainable. Plus it's so much more fun to celebrate these mini achievements instead of thinking I still have 45 lbs to go.
) Another thing that helps is that I don't set dates for when I have to meet my weight related goals.
