one small step....

but one giant leap in the right direction

well ok its only the first 7 pounds but hey its going down right:D

i think it feels so great because after at least two years of knowing the weight was going up and up but have never been able to commit to loosing weight till now.

and i hope this small success and good support around me i will reach my goal.
