I started at 241lbs. Today, I weighed 208.4.

paperskin- I have just been calorie counting. I'm not strict with it though. I have a cheat day every week where I go out to eat with my husband. Plus all the support on this site has really helped me.

Tina-You'll be there in no time at all. I started december 08. You just gotta keep with it. You can do it!
