First mile marker on a long journey!
 

Happy to say that as of yesterday, I hit my -10 pounds mark! :D It's come off quick with the diet I am on (a cleanse diet suggested to a family member by a doctor). And so far, I've been much more disciplined than I usually am on diets and more dedicated to working out with the WiiFit. I'm only two weeks into the diet so wish me luck (and strength)! Also, my baby girl is having surgery in a week and a half and I am an emotion eater staying in a hospital with a very limited cafeteria so I am going to need to show extreme self-restraint!

great job!! whenever you are tempted just think of the success youve already had! and all your healthy choices are making you that much stronger for the your baby that needs you!
