Lost the fab 10%!

Yesterday, the scale read 180.0 and I had officially lost 20 lbs. I was happy about that but then I realized something else this morning while reading Rethinking Thin. The participants in the study were at the point where they lost 10% of their starting weight and I realized that I too had the done the same! :carrot: My birthday is at the end of the week and this is one of the best b-day presents I could get.
