I have Lost 1/3 of weight needed to reach Goal!!

  • I have as of 2/22/09 Lost 1/3 of the weight I need to lose to get to my goal weight.
    My goal is 109 lbs lost to be at 150lbs .
    (start weight 259.9~Currently at 223.6)
    I have lost 36.3 lbs so I am super excited Just gotta lose that amount 2 more times.
    I also started out in a very tight size 20 (needed a 22 And Now can fit into size 16's ~SO THAT IS A HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT TO ME)

    "No matter what just keep up what you did to lose the first bit of weight and the rest will be lost also~Thats what I tell myself daily."

    Countrygrl ~I am just counting caloires and walking indoors 2 times a day 45 minutes each time(Which I built up to that much I started out with no exerciseBut quickly added it. and I started out walking 20 minutes 3 times day)
    If you go to www.freedieting.com there is some calculators on the left hand side of home page where you can figure a good amount of calories to eat of a day.(everyones varies.)
    You can even click calorie counting forum under this website if interested and if you have any questions just message one of us anytime Most are willing to help out as much as they can.:

  • Lori, this is fantastic. I am so proud that you have done this. You are do so amazingly well. I remember how determined you were when you first joined. Obviously, you have stayed focused on your goals and are seriously not playing about getting to your goal. Congratulations! High five, Girl!
