1st Mini Goal Met

No longer in the 200's. I started on 1/18/09 at 212 and weighed in today at 199.7. Here's to hoping it sticks. Great motivation to keep eating clean! Next mini goal is 185 (BMI 29.9 for my height). Coincidentally I have an appt. for a pedicure tonight after work. What a great (if somewhat unintentional) reward!
