Well ladies,
Last week I need not get to weigh in because I fell on the way there and ambulance had to come to scrape me up off of the sidewalk.:mad: Broke my nose, wrist, busted up some ribs and broke my tooth. So sad I did not get to weigh, but this Thurs. I got to go. Still swollen and retaining fluid so no weight loss but NO GAIN either.:carrot::carrot: gotta stay positive;)

Next week is my week I know, I just know. Will keep you guys posted. Hope all is well withh all of you.

OMGosh! That sounds terrible!! I hope you are feeling better! Don't obsess over the weight loss so much when you're healing though - take it slow and easy. Don't push yourself too much w/ exercise because you never know what you could be making worse. GET WELL SOON!!!

Oh no! That sounds horribly painful! I hope you recover quickly.

I agree with Amber- give your body good, healthy food to help it heal, but don't worry about losing right now!

Ladies,
I had my WW weigh in tonight and guess what I am now 330 lbs. I lost 1.6 pounds:carrot::carrot: All I need is 8oz. to hit that BIG 30. WOOT WOOT:carrot::carrot: I am so pumped, I am going to do this, for real. WOOOOOHA:carrot::carrot:

Did you guys check out new mini goal ticker. As you know, I am a computer dummie, but my daughter is not and she hooked me up. Love her so much. Well little darlin' have a great evening and CONGRATS to all who achieved anything in their life today.

Hi all,
I am moving more this week and excited about my WW on Thurs coming. I just know in my bones that I have got it this time. I am doing little that I use to not be able to do. I am doing more and asking less of my members to do for me. That is such a positive for me. I am going outside to walk by block today and going to try to do it twice. After this week, I am on my way to reach my 10%. Will only need approx. 5 or 6 pounds. Woooooha.
Okay, gotta get moving and burn some calories.
