scalesKL, i didn't really follow a diet, i just did a LOT of food weighing, and portion control. something like weight watchers, just that i DIY-ed myself. i weigh my food. I eat ton of mushroom and bakchoy. and then i eat a LOT of shrimp, scallops. when i have moods i eat chicken but thats like once a month?
i cheated today with curry and palak paneer, but thats all im cheating for the next....week or so. and i missed going to the gym for a few weeks now, gotta get back
