Goodbye to the 160's!!
 

So, I know it is not much - but I have broken through the 160's, weighing in at 159lbs this morning!! I am so excited because I have not been able to break through this barrier since having my second child two years ago!! All of the exercise is finally paying off!!

when i got to 139 (i was 140's before my first baby 4 years ago- never been back there) i wondered if you could actually DIE from happiness!!
