Great Job!! my husband has lost 18 or 19 pounds, he wasn't terribly overweight but wanted the extra off. Now me on the other hand have A LOT to lose! He really helped and watching him eat healthy and exercise pushed me to do it also. Plus I saw other girls looking at him and that wasn't cool! Keep up the good work you two! wooo hoooo!
