My First 10 pounds!
 

I stepped on the scale this morning and noticed that I have lost my first 10 pounds!!! :carrot: I am very excited for this, even though I still have a long way to go. I also avoided MAJOR temptation yesterday...my boss brought pizza for everyone and they all kept tempting me!! I almost gave in when everyone was gone, but I pushed through the temptation and stayed strong. I am glad to say I have met my first mini-goal:D

way to GO!! i totally feel you on the pizza- it is my FAVORITE!!! and you should be really proud of yourself for avoiding it! if you get tempted the next time to eat it when others leave just remember how gross it will taste not hot and fresh. then go home and treat yourself to a homeade one with all your favorite stuff. :)

That's great! Keep up the awesome willpower ;) Pizza will taste good for ten minutes, losing weight will feel good, forever;)

I lost my first 10 yesterday too. It feels great doesn't it?! Hooray for you! :yay:
