Default Goodbye 150s! (and no longer "overweight")

Hello everyone,

I got on the scale today, and I was out of the 150s! I'm only at 149.5, but I'll take it. Although I may be at 150 again tomorrow (normal weight fluctuation), my one week mark for weighing in is Sunday, so I'll be out of the 150s for good by then.

Can I just say that I love FitDay?! My favorite part is the weight goal graph, where I can look and see almost exactly what I will weigh on a certain date in the future. I've been losing weight by calorie counting, and so far, the FitDay goal graph has been spot on.

The other mini-goal that I neglected to post is, at around 152, I was out of the "overweight" range on the BMI index. I'm now a healthy weight. :-)

It's been fun watching everyone else's successes and posting my own on 3FC.

Way to go on reaching the 140s and jumping into the healthy weight range! I'm sure you're feeling pretty awesome as you should, keep it up and you'll be at goal in no time!

That is incredible. WTG! I just came out of the 150's myself. I love thinking about the doctror's scales not being able to be adjusted to the 50 mark now--stupid motivator I know! Even better news, I found skinny boots today--the ones that come up to my knees that fit! Woohoo!

Yeah! Me too!!!

I kind of let myself balloon up over Christmas, & my first mini-goal was to get back to under 150 & the "healthy" weight range. Yesterday I weighed in at 150.4, and was really hoping to make 149-something by today just to have done it by the end of the month...well, I weighed this morning at *147.2*!!! Of all the days I NEEDED a water weight fluctuation, I got one!

My reward, which I've been looking forward to all month, is a new sexy haircut - so I immediately called, and they're getting me in at 11:00 this morning! Squee! Can't wait!

That's fabulous - congrats! I'm going to try to make myself wait a bit before my next weigh-in - if the 147 was just some freakish fluke, I don't want to get de-motivated.

I love love LOVE my new haircut - it is totally funky, asymmetrical, sleek in the front & messy in the back - awesome! I also stopped on the way home from the salon & got a new swimsuit (for my vacation in 2 weeks - it's not GREAT, but not awful either) and some skinny jeans. I bought the jeans in a 9, which hopefully will be too big really quickly - I could fit into the 7s, but they were like body paint, so I figured I'm better off buying something I can actually wear NOW, & if they are too big later on, I'll just get another pair.
