Default I'm down a size!

The scale has not been my friend for the past few weeks, but I have been sticking with my weight loss plan, and it is paying off!

I bought some pants this weekend that were the next size down.
I tried them on, and I can get them on, zipped and buttoned!
They don't look spectacular, but to me, this is still a success to celebrate.
It means I'm on the right track!

It's these little successes that keep us mindful of the big picture.
I know I'm 10 pounds away from yet another slimmer size! W00t!

It's much easier to stay with it once we start seeing progress in the physical sense.

I find I am walking taller these days. I feel so much more full of energy.

One of the forms of exercise I am doing is walking indoor at lunch.
A few weeks ago, I added climbing stairs to this routine as well.
When I first started climbing the stairs too, it took me a long time.
I felt out of breath and sweaty going up and down the stairs.
Now, after 2 weeks, it has become much easier to climb them.
I may need to add another stairwell in my walking route! Hee hee!

Congratulations! How exciting to be down a size! Dare I also mention that you'll also be under 200 soon?
