Height: 5'3"

Default My loss in inches ...

Some co-workers and I had a little contest at work using our measurements ... we took these on 9/11/08, and just re-measured ourselves today. The red measurements are mine now:

Thigh: 24 inches - 23 inches

Bicep: 12.5 inches - 11.75 inches

Waist: 35 inches - 33.5 inches

Hips: 40 inches - 37 inches

Bust: 39.5 inches - 34.5 inches

I've been running and watching my calories, and it's paid off I'm starting a weight lifting routine next week, so hopefully I will have lost even more than this when I measure myself again in a few months!

Hopefully I don't lose too much more in my bust though ... hehehe

good for you! I also wondered about my bust inches, then I remembered that this includes the dreaded back fat and my cup size has not changed so much.

Linda123: That's true ... We took those measurements a few months after I had my 2nd son, so I know I had back flab for sure
