So mini goal #1, which does have to do w/ weight loss:
1. Only drinking 1 night a week- I realize that when drinking all the time I lose control of what I put in my mouth- plus, its empty calories (albeit, fun ones!
) I think this is going to be really tough since my husband's really into wines w/ dinner. 2. To lose 10 lbs by the time my hubby and I leave for Florida in 30 days at the end of Feb.
3. To run 30 mins straight by next month- right now I can run for 20 mins
