Down to the 170s again...
Down to the 170s again... Finally. Gosh it's easy to gain weight and hard to lose. I'm cleaning the diet up even more, cleaned out the kitchen, stocked the pantry, am watching everything and I'm doing the Body for Life Challenge - which I love - lots of heavy weight training. So I'm thinking there's really more fat loss then what's showing on the scale as I've gained muscle and toned up some.
My goal is to get back to my 160s again and NEVER EVER do the 180s and 170s again in my life time. Why I gained back 20 lbs I don't know. Stress, ex's, handling things wrong... I know eating healthy and exercising is key to mental health as well. Not gonna relapse again. EVER. Not like this.
Anyways it'll be work to get to my 160s again, but by spring - that's my goal... three months certainly I could keep up what I've been doing. Hoping BFL will work, as there are many great stories and people who won challenges in this program. I'm a former athlete and as I get older I just love what weight training does for the body.
Anyways, just proud to have lost 7-8 lbs or so since coming back to 3FC, great, great site...
