Talking Woo Hoo!

As of this morning Wii Fit says I am 23 lbs down!

After watching the scale bounce up and down it suddenly went wayyyyyyy down. I feel so good now...like I can do anything

I'm still fairly new but I love reading everyone's stories and finding so much encouragement on this board.

Question WII Fit ?

I have to ask, is tracking your weight something you can do with your WII Fit? I bought my daughter a WII for christmas and have been considering purchasing the Fit, but wasn't sure if it will be beneficial for me as far as weight loss goes! I do have to weigh in twice a week at my weight loss center, but wonder quite often if I have gained or lost before I even go in there. Are ya'll happy with yours? Do you think it beneficial to your weight loss? Is it hard to figure out how to use? Is it blonde proof? Le me know!

Hi; I LOVE my wii fit. I just got it a few days ago. You kind of feel like you are playing a game when in fact you are burning fat and calories. I do not find the scale to always be accurate, but I will be weighing in at weight watchers anyway. I highly reccomend it - I have had a blast!!!

Thank you

I love my wii fit. I think it has totally been benefitial to my weight loss. I dont really play the games much but I use the tracking part. I like being able to see my progress and that even though my weight is bouncing up and down, as a whole the chart is heading down. For working out I've been using My fitness coach for the wii. It is awesome. It feels like you have your own personal trainer in the comfort of your own home.

I do highly recommended it as well! I have done no other exercises aside form y Wii fit and I have lost 22 lbs now! the scale / the way it measures you is as accurate as a doctors scale! I know this because I go to the doctors once a week and it is always the same as my Wii fit has said! it's been incredibly beneficial in my weight loss! the graphs, the personal trainer, every thing is awesome and a fun way to lose weight! it tracks ounces too which has been encouraging for me because even if I have lost a pound I can see that I have at least lost an ounce or two!

the games are fun and they get you off your butt and moving even the wii sports are fun to play the bowling and the baseball tennis they all help get you up and moving! but the wii fit exercises are great! the yoga, the hula hooping, the step/ dance ones they are all my favorite!
