Pictures that didn't make me cringe!
 

We just got home from a week long vacation with family. I was uploading my photos and for the first time in I don't know how long I am not embarassed by the photos of me. I am usually very good at avoiding the camera but there are a lot of candid shots of me and I don't feel the need to delete them! My weight loss is really starting to show!

Also had a situation on our trip that would have previously left me feeling awkward. We were out in the mountains with my brother and his wife. It was getting colder and I only had on a light jacket. My sister in law offered me her coat to wear since she had another in the car. It actually fit me! I looked at the tag and it was a Large and I was even able to button it up with no trouble. It was a terrific feeling to know that I could fit into her coat with no trouble!

What an awesome feeling! I know for me, I really can't see changes in my body in the mirror. It takes the little things like pictures and clothes fitting better to remind me that I am making progress. Congrats on your success!
