First Week...not so bad.
So I survived week one. I ate ...better, excersized more. My gym has game bikes hooked up to sony playstations so you can "race" on the stationary bikes. It was actually kinda fun.

Thank you all! I thought I was going to have a bad week with eating because of stress at work and home...but when I felt anxious and restless I got on the treadmill. I was slightly shocked myself. I went from a 20 min walk to a 30 one and I feel GREAT!!!

I am just starting my lifestyle change as well. Yesterday was my first day. Down two pounds- but I'm sure that doesnt even count yet! My efforts have been worth mentioning though! :) Congrats on your hard work!! Keep it up sister, we're going to get there!
P.S. So cool you have playstation at the gym! Where do you live? That is awesome!!! |
