A mini-goal for me

I was aiming to get out of the 200's and I did it this week. I am officially 198..........I am so thrilled. I have a ways to go, but this I really needed. I feel better and I also noticed that my uniform at work has gone down a few sizes. So I am happy!!! When I read all of your stories it motivates me!!! Thank you!!:carrot:
