NSV - Ballroom Dancing
 

I started taking ballroom dancing lessons 3 months ago - my dance studio has parties on Tuesday nights at a local nightclub. 3 months ago I literally threw up on the way home from 1.5 hours of dancing because I was so physically overwhelmed by it.

This week, I sat down to catch my breath before heading back out on the floor with my next partner, until I realized that everyone was putting their coats on! The 1.5 hours had passed before I even realized it and I was still able to get out there and dance! I was so proud of myself (and sad it was time to go home!)
