63 pounds gone....
63 pounds gone....and I am no longer morbidly obese, for the first time in more years than I can count! My BMI is now 39.7! That motivates me so much, to lose the next 60 or so pounds!

I love jumping categories. I have another to jump and I hope to do it before December. Just think what you have done for yourself health wise--not to mention how fab you are looking. Well done. |

Updated with pictures!
The first is me, at near 274 pounds. And, you all should be proud of me posting a fat picture of myself in a bathing suit! The second picture is at about 230 pounds, 45 pounds down. My friend did a photo shoot of me, and that was the only full body. The last one is at my sister's wedding, September 14th. I was about 215 pounds at that point! (I figure you guys won't be able to see much difference between then and the 7 pounds I've lost in the meantime, heh) |
