Default This is not a weight goal; but a necessary one for me

I have for FIVE days now, not drank sweet tea!!! I know its a silly thing..but I am doing it!

I used to drink at least ONE of the Large Sweet McDonalds tea a day (when i was on the road; at least 5 times a wk)..there was a few days we were on the road I drank more than i care to say..

Home, I'd drink about a gallon of tea (sweet, but it only had 1 Cup of sugar compared to McD's tea)..in about 2 days...

As well as, this wk, DS had a doc. appt. and it was lunchtime I had to get him a lunch on the road on our way back to school; I ordered a large UNSWEETENED tea and NOTHING ELSE for me! I ordered him a hamburger (not cheese either!) and a small fry and a root beer..my mouth was watering; but I didnt eat the or the fries!!!

and I have NOT snacked after dinnertime for FIVE DAYS EITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you! I still have evening/late night cravings; but I think isntead of depriving myself of those; I'll make sure I have handy snacks that are healthier for me at my desk instead of binging on bad stuff...

Cravings and binges are hard. I haven't binged for almost 2 months and man is it tough.

Congratulations! This is awesome.

Smile Actually, in a weigh it is a weight goal you have set

By recognizing that sugar is empty calories and an appetite stimulant you have managed to "kill one bird (or more) with one stone!"

Good Job!!!
