Big change!
 

I've been m.i.a for a while- still been working out and eating well but, just been out of town and been busy, anyway......I'm not quite at goal yet but, almost there. Down from 199 lbs to 134 lbs- last time I weighed myself (day that red shirt pic was taken), I stopped weighing myself daily since I left my scale at a friends house when I was staying there for a bit and that friend lives out of state. I'll buy a new scale soon. I'm noticing huge changes on the measuring tape though which is what matters most at this point I believe. The mini after picture was take about two weeks ago on my birthday.
