I didn't really feel like posting these pics, because they don't seem much different to me from the last ones. Kinda surprised me. I think my "assistant" didn't try too hard to take good pics ;). But here they are! I don't have pics from Day 1 - the starting pic is 2 weeks and 7# in. You can kinda see that my collarbones are coming out. But you can't really see that my arms have some muscle :carrot:

0. 4/14/08, 197#, waist at least 36.5 (starting point)

1. 4/29/08, 190#, size 16-18, waist 35.375
2. 7/15/08, 170.5#, size 14, waist 32.5
3. 9/28/08, 154#, size 12, waist 30.375

Oh yeah, you can totally tell a difference! You look much slimmer. Congratulations!!:D

Wow! Yes, they do look different - great job! And having the pix lined up like that makes it so easy to see the changes. I love it!

Wow, you can really tell a difference! Definitely noticeable in all the pictures, and the one from the back really accentuates your shape and curves, very nice!

You are doing great! You can tell you are smaller. Our starting and goal weight is almost exactly the same.... oh but just noticed you are a bit taller than me. Anyway, I need to take some pics like this so I can see my progress. In most of my pictures I try to hide behind someone :)
