My first mini goal met!

6 weeks ago my doctor put me on the PSMF and it has been a tough 6 weeks let me tell you! Anyhow I am happy to say that from 229.5lbs.....today I am200! Went to my doctor last Monday and she said if I continue to do as well as I am I will be at goal in about 12 more weeks!:carrot:
