back on the wagon, goal met!

Hi ladies. I know some of us have been on and off the wagon. I also know I am not the only one to have strayed for a few months, gained a few pounds, and have been embarassed to get back on this site. All I can say is I made a mistake, and I'm not dwelling on it one moment longer. I had reached a 5 year low of 176, let myself go for two months, and weighed in at 192 just 4 weeks ago. I weighted in at 182 this morning, so only 6 more lbs to go before I am really back on track. Those 10 lbs came off pretty easily, since I had just recently gained them. I think that this belongs in the goal section, since it is easy to slip out of the loop, and so difficult to admit that I was gaining, being lazy, and not living up to my potential for health and happiness. I urge anyone out there that is scanning these posts, but too embarassed to start posting again and admit that you fell off for a bit, to just go for it. This is a wonderful support system, and the sooner you get back on track, the sooner that weight will figuratively lift off your shoulders (and literally off your butts, too! =) I'm sorry I strayed, 3FC, but I'm back, and I'm ready to make a big difference. Good luck, all! ;)
