Woo hoo! Tonight I was able to remove a ring that, before I got on the wagon in May, was so tight that it wouldn't even turn! I so thought I would have to get my rings cut off, and that's what put me over the edge to getting on track. I am so grateful for this site - it really helps keep me going!

I haven't be able to wear my diamond engagement ring in years. And I've had my wedding band stretched as far as it will go. I can't wait till my band is loose and I can start wearing my diamond again. |

Great news about your ring! Nonscale victories can sometimes mean more than the number on a scale. Being able to wear and enjoy jewelry that is special...awesome! Congrats!

What a great feeling! I am in a similar boat.......bought a gorgeous ring to celebrate the big 4-0, but have since removed it because I was afraid it WAS going to get stuck. I can't wait to be able to wear it again without fear of it getting stuck on there. Keep up the great job! |

and speaking of rings..I've had my wedding and engagement rings stretched, my family ring was purchased at a larger size. They're all starting to get loose. Do I just have them sized down? I know they stretch them to make them larger, what do they to make them smaller? |
