Met two minigoals!
Happy to report that
1) I am officially in ONEDERLAND! After more than a week of weights under 200, now confident that I'm not going back to the twos!! 2) Met target for 10% loss! Feel better with less joint pains and moving more!:carrot: Thanks to Dr. Beck for teaching us how to change our thinking and behavior about food. And big credits to all my coaches and friends over on the Beck board: BillBlueEyes, onebyone, RobinW, kuhljeanie, coastalsue, quilterinva, freer and many other Beck posters. Would not have made it without you! |
