My big problem with losing this weight is my snacking/eating. For some reason, I have a difficult time discerning when my body is actually hungry and in need of fuel, and when my "mind" is hungry/wanting to eat.
So earlier today, I was sitting at the computer, and I was "hungry". I had just had lunch, so I knew it wasn't ACTUAL hunger. I talked myself out of eating, and went outside instead, where I walked 2 miles.
Now I'm not hungry anymore, AND I burned calories!
