to me it was a huge victory, went on about it for DAYS, not kidding... My dog would probably know how he was if he saw him.... lol, but anyway, I was really happy about it and so should you.

Yup. And honestly, it's not just my weight. It's dressing better and fixing myself up better (even the little bit that I do now), and it's also the way I act and the way I carry myself. I'll never be extroverted, but I was pretty much trying to be invisible before.

Don't know exactly why, but that really makes me smile :D
