I go to a lot of the classes at my gym, so I've gotten to know the instructors fairly well. Today, after full body sculpt class, the instructor came up to me and said, "Have you been noticing how your consistency and hard work have been paying off? I've been noticing the changes in your body, and it's so awesome!"

I floated out of there and onto the elliptical machine with even more determination.

More people at the gym complimented me today. I was really taken aback, so I came home and looked at old pics of myself. They are hilarious to compare to new ones! So I thought I'd share them with you guys.

The first pic is at my highest weight...141 lbs. The second is my current weight (121) 6 lbs away from goal!
