New Here
Im new here. I finally realized after dieting and exercising alone for 3 months that I needed a support group. Than i found this group. I started at 285lbs back on april 2, 2008. Im down to 260lbs. My short term goal is to get down to 240lbs before Nov. 8, 2008, which happens to be my wedding date. My ultimate goal would be 200lbs by next april. Im doing a calorie counting diet. 1400cals a day except on my free day. Its the day i can just eat whatever i want without counting. Its the day of the week that i look forward to and is my motivation. i've also started exercising in the last month. 1.5hr walks twice a week with arm exercises and stomach exercises at least 3 times a week. This will take time to improve on as well. so there is a little about me. I look forward to using this forum for support and advice to become a healthy new me!
