Hey everyone,
Well let me first begin to say I'm type 2 diabetic, diagnosed in 2000, I've been on oral medication since the beginning, the MD always increased my meds d/t my non-compliance with diet, I'm proud to say that I originally started with taking 3 kinds of meds to control my diabetes, now I'm only taking 1, I found the akins diet and it work well for me, I still have a long way to go, but its work in progress, I just cant wait for the scale to read under 250lbs, (that's my next goal)
