Yes!
This morning I walked down to my local health deptartment to get weighed since I don't currently have a scale of my own. Imagine my surprise when she said that I weighed 171 lbs! But, GEEZ, I said. I just started walking a mile + on Monday and I just started watching my calories yesterday! Not to mention this morning I didn't eat breakfast before heading out the door...is this accurate? I sure hope! 2 lbs. down in 3 days! :carrot:
My biggest enemy is soda..and I think since I cut myself down on it the past few days that's helping. I'm limiting myself to 16 ounces of orange soda pop a day. Just last week I was drinking a 2 liter or more a day. Wish me luck on quitting my addiction..and also on losing these extra 41 lbs.! :^: |
