Default 1/3 done!
My goal is to go from 156 to 132.. This morning I'd lost my first 8 pound!!! In one month!!
So 1/3 is gone only 2/3 to go!! Now I know that I can make it!!

Yeah for you! I am at the same point, only I have almost 150 total to lose and have lost 45 so far. I thought of it like that too -- 1/3 done and 2/3 to go. I hope the next 2/3 go as fast as the first 1/3, but I am expecting to have some slow times too.

What a great way to think of it!! When I lose 1/3 (33 lbs!) I'll have just climbed into 'overweight' instead of 'obese' on that bully of a BMI scale. CAN'T WAIT!
