Campus Biggest Loser Walk Club
We started a Biggest Loser Walk Club on campus on March the 3rd. Today was the final weigh in. I didnt win, but I am a loser!! I lost 9 pounds!! The winner lost 21 amazing pounds!! That makes me want to work that much harder. I am still happy with a 9 pound lose!!:carrot:

Congrats thats a start! Keep it up. Walking is like my main workout routine I basically speed walk about five days a week and it does work wonders!

Matilda you are right.. I started out walking in March.. and now I joined the YMCA. I dont know if you could call with I do speed walking.. but its as fast as I can go lol. I do the walking Mon-Fri and am trying to do the Gym at least 3.. My daughter loves the pool so it may be more!!..
