Smile Please share my little success with me.

I know it's not much, but I'm very happy to say I have met my first 5 lb weight loss mini-goal since starting WW online! I've been faithfully on plan for the past 3 weeks and begain to walk briskly during the past week for 30-60 minutes. Thanks for letting me toot my little horn!

Good for you! Congratulations!
The next time you're shopping pick up five pounds of anything in the grocery store and feel how heavy it is in your hands. It's a real accomplishment.

That is no small accomplishment. It took dedication, it took doing what you said you were going to do. It took respect for yourself. Each day on this journey we are taking we find we are worth more and more. Each pound we lose, each time a piece of clothing fits better or gets to big. Each health problem that goes away or gets a bit better shows us something. We are worth what it takes to eat healthy and get the body moving. We feel pride in our selfs. There isn't a think wrong with tooting your own horn. Hey, someone should why not you.
