100 Gone and 52 to go!
 

This morning I hit that magical 100 lost number! Yeeeeeeay!

It's something that I wasn't quite sure would ever really happen. I think part of me deep down knew I could do it. Took all those attempts to get it right and figure out what worked for me. I've been over 220 my whole entire adult life. Most of my adult life I spent well over 250. I'm the smallest now I've been since I was 19!

11 months ago I could barely walk 1 or 2 miles and now I can run for 60 minutes (with a just a few 1 minute rest breaks) and I signed up for not one but TWO Triathlons this summer. One is a Sprint and the other is an Oly (one is double the distance of the other!)

It's unreal to me that in just a few lbs I will have a 1 in front of my weight. :)

I'd post a photo but I have to take one next week for the conclusion of the Biggest Loser Challenge here on 3FC. So maybe I'll post one then.

AWESOME! Congratulations!!! Um, your hand bone looks great! :D I had surgery on my femur and like showing everyone my xrays on how well its healed!! I'm sure you have an interesting story as well!! :)

It really is the most mindblowing thing in the world, isn't it? I felt just like you did. Not really sure if I ever thought that it would happen, but knew deep (VERY deep) down that, yes it really could.

Oh, Idealmuse, you are such an inspiration to me. I am really looking forward to reaching that goal myself. I've lost 30, 40, even 55 lbs., but that 100 lb. mark has seemed so far off.
When I can see that some one else has done, it makes me feel I can do it too. Congratulations, :celebrate: You should be so proud of yourself.
